To register students and manage classes or programs.

We obtain consent at the time information is collected. Consent may be written, verbal, or implied, depending on the situation.

Parents/guardians provide consent for their child’s participation and information use.
Media consent (photos, videos, artwork displayed online) is always optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
Staff members provide consent as part of their employment documentation.

We take reasonable steps to safeguard all personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.

Physical student folders are stored in a secure, locked office.
Digital files (e.g., registration forms, payment records) are stored on password-protected devices and cloud systems with encryption.
Only authorized staff members have access to personal information.
We retain records only as long as necessary for program, legal, or accounting purposes.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared only in the following limited cases:

With parent/guardian consent.
With service providers who assist with class registration or payment processing (bound by confidentiality).

In emergencies involving safety or medical concerns.
