At Art for Life 4 Kids Studio, we understand that schedules can change — and we do our best to accommodate our students whenever possible.
Class Cancellation Notice
If your child can’t attend class, please let us know at least one day in advance so we can offer the spot to another student.
Please note that missed classes do not carry over as credits to the next month, and full monthly tuition is due at the beginning of each month.
Make-Up Lessons
With proper notice, students are welcome to schedule a make-up class within 30 days of the missed lesson (subject to availability).
Make-up lessons cannot be carried forward beyond this period.
Missed Classes Without Notice
If no notice is provided, the missed class will still be charged, and no make-up will be offered.

Camp Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your child’s camp reservation, please notify us at least three (3) weeks before the camp start date.
In this case:

50% of the payment will be refunded, and
-
50% will be issued as a credit toward a future class or camp.
